Our office is located in northern Dayton on North Main street, just South of I-70 and the Samaritan North Health Center.

From the North

  1. Take I-75 South to the I-70 Junction
  2. Take the I-70 West exit
  3. Continue on I-70 West and take the Main Street / Rt 48 Exit
  4. Turn left at the ramp to head South on Main Street.
  5. Continue past Samaritan North Health Center. Our office is located on the left between Granite Dr. and Dorchester Dr. If you pass Old Salem Rd, you have gone too far.

From the South

  1. Take I-75 North to the I-70 Junction
  2. Take the I-70 West exit
  3. Continue on I-70 West and take the Main Street / Rt 48 Exit
  4. Turn left at the ramp to head South on Main Street.
  5. Continue past Samaritan North Health Center. Our office is located on the left between Granite Dr. and Dorchester Dr. If you pass Old Salem Rd, you have gone too far.
Alternatively...
  1. Head north on Main Street
  2. After passing Old Salem Rd, you will see our office on the right side, following Dorchester Dr.

From the East

  1. Take I-70 West past the I-75 Junction and Airport Access Road.
  2. Take the Main Street / Rt 48 Exit
  3. Turn left at the ramp to head South on Main Street.
  4. Continue past Samaritan North Health Center. Our office is located on the left between Granite Dr. and Dorchester Dr. If you pass Old Salem Rd, you have gone too far.

From the West

  1. Take I-70 East and take the Main Street / Rt 48 Exit.
  2. Turn right at the ramp to head South on Main Street.
  3. Continue past Samaritan North Health Center. Our office is located on the left between Granite Dr. and Dorchester Dr. If you pass Old Salem Rd, you have gone too far.
